Dulle was last seen alive over a week ago. His disappearance sparked a massive search.
The building at McMillan and Maplewood was vacant, sealed up during renovations. Police were investigating a possible break-in Monday evening, when they found the body. Chief Jeffery Blackwell says the exterior of the building had been searched thoroughly in the last week, and there was no indication anyone, including 21 year old Brogan was inside.
The Hamilton County Coroner Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco has listed Dulle's cause of death as asphyxiation by hanging, the manner of death has been determined to be suicide.
Police say there was no suicide note, and Brogan's family and friends said he showed no sign of depression, or that anything was troubling him in the hours before he disappeared.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation had recently committed resources to the case, and agents were reportedly on the scene, Monday evening, into Tuesday morning.
Dr. Sammarco says "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and many friends who suffered this loss".
