(Georgetown, OH.)—Brown County Coroner Judith Varnau can keep her job.

Judge John Kessler ruled that Varnau can keep her job after the accusations didn’t show enough evidence to remove her.

The accusations were made against her earlier this year during the investigation of Zachary Adamson where the family accused her of improperly handling a death investigation and abusing human remains.

Kessler asked that the case be dismissed because the plaintiffs didn’t have enough sufficient evidence.

Kessler admitted that Varnau did show neglect to the body, but not enough to make her lose her job.
