(Bond Hill) -- Catholic Health Partners will build a 25-acre campus on the site of the former Showcase Cinemas, just off of Reading Road and the Norwood Lateral.  The offices will consolidate about a thousand employees from four different locations in the Tri-State.

Mayor John Cranley says he really wanted CHP to build in the city, because they will bring high paying jobs to the neighborhood.  And he says he expects them to grow beyond the 1,000 employees promised.

Cranley says the developer has pledged to hire local contractors and architects.

CHP will take about 25 of the 30 acre site.  Corinthian Baptist Church, which owns the property, will build a church and family center on the other five acres.

Work on the $60 million project is expected to start later this summer, and it should be done by mid 2016.
