( Tri-State ) - Government regulators are still going over the finer points of the deal that will have Comcast buying Time Warner Cable.

Part of that deal, though, involves Charter Communications buying Time Warner's customers in the Cincinnati area, and really through most of Ohio and Kentucky.

Alex Dudley is Charter Communications' spokesman, he says people shouldn't expect to see the changes start for awhile yet. "The deal is still subject to regulatory approval, so it's going to depend largely on Washington, but I think reasonable expectations are not before close to the end of the year."

According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, Charter will pay $7.3 billion to get more than a million customers.
