(Clermont County, OH)--Two Monroe Township men are under arrest, accused of being involved in the manufacture of methamphetamine.

Harry L. Donell, 48 and Sebastian C. Kidd, 19, are held in the Clermont County Jail.

Donell is charged with Illegal Assembly of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs.

Kidd is charged with Tampering with Evidence.

Wednesday, sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the Monroe Township fire station where an unresponsive female was being treated. She had been brought in by her boyfriend.  Deputies suspected that she overdosed on a narcotic.  She was taken to Clermont Mercy Hospital where she is in critical condition.

Investigators said that Harry Donell and his girlfriend were at his home on Clermontville Laurel Road abusing illegal narcotics. Deputies obtained and executed a search warrant.

They found chemicals and equipment used in the manufacture of meth.  They also located over two pounds of materials containing methamphetamine.

Deputies later located Kidd, who took them to a ditch line along the road. He said he discarded a bag of materials there.

Donell and Kidd will be arraigned Thursday. More charges are possible.
