• 1/2 cup minced onion

  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil

  • 1 pound Braunschwiger

  • 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Party rye bread

 

Sauté onion in the butter or oil.

Cool. 

Beat together the Braunschwiger and cream cheese.  Season with  pepper and fold in the onions.

Spread on rye bread.
