• 8 ounces cream cheese

  • 1 tablespoon horseradish

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 16 thin slices deli roast beef.


Blend together the cheese horseradish, mustard, salt and pepper.

Overlap 2 slices of the beef and spread with 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.

Roll up, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for several hours.

Cut into spirals to serve.
