- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices firm white bread, cubed
- Pinch salt
Mix together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs.Stir in the pineapple and bread cubes with salt.Put into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole and bake in a 350 º F. oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.Serve with ham.
