• 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 20-oz van crushed pineapple, in juice
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

 

Mix together.  Pour batter into a greased and floured 9”X13” baking pan.  Bake in a 325 º F. oven for 35 minutes.

 

Topping:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

 

Beat until creamy.  Frost cake while still warm.
