• 1 small onion, chopped
  • Butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 8 to 10 medium red potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 pint oysters with liqueur
  • 1 can artichokes, chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk or 1/2 &1/2
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauté the onion in desired amount of butter
Add water and potatoes and cook until potatoes are fork tender.
Add the oysters with liqueur and artichokes and boil just until oysters curl.
Stir in milk and season.
Serve hot.
