- 2 1/2 cups (15 oz box) dark raisins
- Enough hot water to cover.
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Boil for 1 minute. Drain well.
- Distribute in bottom of crust.
- Make the filling:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 4 eggs
- 2 stick butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix well and pour into pie crust.
Bake in a 325 º F. oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
Cover for the first 20 minutes…with foil…then uncover and finish baking.
