Applying the original wording of authentic, early documents as the information source, this series of 90-minute presentations opens with the history of government on the North American continent and an overview of the Anglican beliefs that shaped our founders’ view of law and government.  The Declaration of Independence serves as a springboard to explain the colonists’ move toward self-rule.  They constructed a government document unlike any the world had ever known, authorizing the people, through The Constitution of the United States, to protect their God-given rights from the threat of tyranny—a grassroots power to secure the liberties that all generations should enjoy.

Would you like to help produce the Ohio iVoterGuide by serving

as a volunteer panelist?

iVoterGuide.com does exhaustive research and relies on great volunteers to help.  We are now recruiting voters to serve on panels across Ohio.  Panelists evaluate the information collected by researchers and assign an evaluation (Very Liberal, Somewhat Liberal, Moderate, Somewhat Conservative, or Very Conservative) to each candidate.

All prospective panelists are asked to complete a Leadership Survey so that we can get to know them better. It takes about ½ hour to complete the survey.

Selected panelists will:

complete 1 hour of training

perform 8 hours of candidate evaluation, and

participate in a 2-hour panel meeting to assign final grades to candidates

A total time commitment of no more than 12 hours is requested of each selected panelist. All work of each panelist, including completion of the Leadership Survey, training, candidate evaluation, and panel meeting, is done using your own computer from the comfort of your home or office.

If you would like to serve as a panelist, please click here to apply. We would appreciate your starting this as soon as possible, selections for the Ohio panels are already underway.

Thank you for your consideration of this important project.
