StarShine Hospice of Cincinnati Children’s will hold its Cornhole Classic fundraiser.
StarShine exists to meet the medical, spiritual and emotional needs of terminally ill children and their families. The only hospice program in the region devoted exclusively to children, Starshine provides care, comfort and support, most often in the child’s home, to help families make the most of the time they are given together. Much of StarShine’s work is made possible through philanthropic events such as this.
More than 220 individuals have signed up to participate in the cornhole fundraiser, including families who have been cared for by StarShine. Families will be available for interviews, as will Susanne Evans, clinical director of StarShine.
