Military and veteran entrepreneurs are on a mission to help address long-standing challenges that impact the mil/vet community and beyond. Through DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Patriot Boot Camp, these veteran-founded businesses are getting priceless support at no cost to help their companies succeed.
DAV Patriot Boot Camp connects transitioning service members, veterans and military spouses with world-class mentorship, invaluable resources and a supportive community to scale and grow their businesses The next DAV Patriot Boot Camp will be held February 5-7 at DAV National Headquarters near Cincinnati.
The three-day program includes a series of seminars hosted by business leaders who will cover topics such as: funding and capitalizing a business; avoiding common legal startup mistakes; deploying marketing and sales strategies; storytelling; and pitching. The event will culminate in a live, virtual Patriots Pitch competition among selected vetrepreneurs. Three chosen finalists will later compete to win thousands in non-dilutive capital.
Marine Corps and Air Force Veteran and DAV Chief Communications & Outreach Officer Dan Clare can talk about the entrepreneur program and its benefits, discuss how interested and eligible entrepreneurs and interested business leaders can get involved, as well as share success stories of alumni who have completed the program.
