Baked Halibut

  • 1 pound fresh halibut
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup shredded fresh Parmigiano-reggiano cheese


Marinate the halibut for 15 minutes in the lemon juice.Place in a shallow baking dish. Stir together the mayonnaise and cheese.  Slather on top of the fish.Bake in a preheated 375 º F. oven for 30 minutes.
