Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 cup each granulated and light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract


In a large skillet, combine the sugars, butter and cream.  Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining ingredients, until smooth.Pour into a foil-lined 8” square pan and chill until firm.Cut into squaresMakes 2 pounds
