Marinade:
2 large cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon orange zest 1/4 cup fresh orange juice 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 teaspoons sea salt 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepperBlend together . Pour over 2 well trimmed pork tenderloins in a heavy-duty plastic bag. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the pork and grill in a hot grill or roast in a hot oven until the internal temperature is 155 °F.
