Memphis BBQ Rub

  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 1/2  teaspoons black pepper


  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt


  • 1 1/2 teaspoons each: celery salt, Cayenne pepper, garlic powder, dry mustard and ground cumin



Blend together.  Rub on ribs and allow to sit, covered, for at least 24 hours.
