Chocolate Eggless, Butterless and Milkless Cake

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup warm water


Mix together all dry ingredients.Stir together the oil, vinegar and vanilla.Stir the dry mixture, alternately with the 1 cup warm water, into the oil mixture until the mixture is well blended.Bake in a greased 8”X8” baking pan in a 375 º F. oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
