Pumpkin Dump Cake


  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 29-oz. can pumpkin
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • Whipped cream

Mix together the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, cinnamon and canned pumpkin.  Pour into a well greased 9” X 13” baking pan.

 Sprinkle over the dry cake mix.  Top with the pecansDrizzle over the melted butter.

 

Bake in a 350 F. oven for 50 minutes.

 

Serve warm with freshly whipped cream.
