An easy dessert for Mother's Day


FRESH MINT SYRUP WITH HONEY AND LEMON

Ingredients

Handful of favorite mint, chopped

1/2 cup each: sugar, honey and water

Juice from 2 lemons

Instructions

Just put all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil, whisking constantly until sugar dissolves. Let cool and pour over Mom’s favorite chopped fruit. Can be made several hours ahead. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
