It’s too hot to turn on the stove. So the grill is getting a workout.
Oh this is good. I used Mad House red wine vinegar that you shared with me, Yardboy. The best!
1 flank steak
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Juice of half a lemon
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
Couple grinds of black pepper
Mix marinade ingredients together. Put steak in heavy duty baggie. Pour marinade over the steak, turning meat to coat. Refrigerate 4-12
Hours. Discard marinade and grill steak on hot grill, about 5-6 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
