Here’s a quick and easy pantry ingredient chili recipe. Great for a fall supper. Leftovers are good to tote to lunch.
THIRTY MINUTE CHILI
Ingredients
1 pound or so ground chuck
1 cup chopped onion
1 pkg (1.25 oz each) chili seasoning mix
1 can beans in chili seasoned sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies (Like Rotel)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook beef and onion over medium-high heat until beef is cooked and crumbled. Stir in seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook about 15 minutes or so.
Garnish:
Shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced green onions, whatever!
