Take a dip with Rita



8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 pound barbecued shredded beef

1—1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 small red onion, chopped - a good 1/2 cup or so

1 cup French fried onions

Toppings: Tomatoes, onions, cilantro

Tortilla chips for dipping


Preheat oven to 350. Spread cream cheese onto sprayed 8” pan or pie plate.

Spread beef evenly over cheese.

Sprinkle with cheddar and onion. Bake about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle French fried onions on top and bake 5 minutes longer.

Top with desired toppings and use tortilla chips for dipping.
