Brad McMonigle serves as Chief Executive Officer of St. Vincent de Paul - Cincinnati, where he champions compassionate service and community-wide collaboration to transform lives throughout the region.
Since assuming leadership in November 2022, McMonigle has strengthened and unified the organization’s mission-driven work. St. Vincent de Paul operates the Don & Phyllis Neyer Outreach Center, a network of parish food pantries, nine thrift stores, and three Charitable Pharmacy locations — all working together to support neighbors in moments of critical need. Through these programs, individuals and families receive rent and utility assistance, access to food and medicine, and essential clothing and household goods at no cost, ensuring they are met not only with support, but with dignity and hope.
McMonigle also plays a key role in advancing SVDP’s Partnerships with Purpose initiative, which brings together corporations, faith communities, and civic leaders around shared values. By helping align business and mission, he supports efforts that create meaningful opportunities for volunteerism, philanthropy, and community impact across Greater Cincinnati.
Before joining St. Vincent de Paul, McMonigle spent more than 25 years in nonprofit behavioral health, most recently serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Talbert House. His career has consistently centered on strengthening individuals, families, and communities — a calling he now pairs with his Catholic faith through service to neighbors in need.
He holds a master’s degree in counseling from Cincinnati Bible Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Cincinnati. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and graduate of Leadership Cincinnati, McMonigle lives with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children. Outside of work, he is known for classic dad jokes and a commitment to earning at least a few eye rolls each day.
