District Two detectives are looking for Jahisrael Sebastian, wanted for Aggravated Burglary and Failure to Appear. Sebatian is accused of breaking into the victim’s residence and striking the victim in the face with a closed fist. Jahisrael Sebastian is a black male 27 years old, 6’1 and 280 lbs. Sebastian Jahisrael has a history of assault, and he frequents North College Hill.
