Ingredients
6 to 7 cups water
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
Palmful fresh lavender flowers
1 teaspoon vanilla
Ice
Instructions
Bring 2 cups water and sugar to a simmer until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and add lavender, Cover and let infuse 2-5 hours.
Strain and discard flowers, stir in lemon juice, vanilla and rest of water. Chill and serve over ice.
