Red Birds In A Tree

Botanical Name: Scrophularia macrantha A tall wildflower with crimson red tubular flowers throughout the summer. This Southwestern U.S. native enjoys full sun and is adaptable to most any garden soils. Add to meadow gardens and perennial beds to attract butterflies and hummingbirds.

Clustered Mountain Mint

Botanical Name: Pycnanthemum muticum (Mountain Mint)A native, dry meadow plant with dark green leaves with a strong spearmint scent when crushed. In summer, small pinkish white flowers accented by blue-green bracts giving the plant a silvery look. This is a favorite for bees and other beneficial insects.
