Rita's Lemon Drop Biscuits

It won’t be long before we’re picking blueberries. Here’s a yummy lemon blueberry recipe.

LEMON BLUEBERRY DROP BISCUITS

Ingredients biscuits

2 cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup lemon yogurt

1 egg

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1 cup blueberries

Ingredients glaze

1/2 cup confectioners sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400.

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda together. Then whisk in yogurt, egg and butter. Fold in blueberries.

Drop by. 1/3 cupfuls a couple inches apart on sprayed baking sheet.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm biscuits.
