Hamilton County Sales Tax Referendum

Hamilton County Commissioners Todd Portune & Denise Driehaus feel that the only way county government can continue existing in its current form is by raising taxes.  We not only disagree, but we feel that raising the sales tax is far too important for just 2 out of 3 commissioners to decided.  Therefore, we have joined with several organizations and community leaders to demand that it be put to a vote!

However, we need your help to get it on November’s ballot.  We are currently gathering the necessary signatures and need your help.  Please visit one of the locations below to both sign and get a petition that you can encourage your friends & neighbors to do the same.

We are a coalition of liberty-minded groups gathering signatures to place a recent sales tax increase before the voters, because we believe they should decide!

You have to know what the rules are before you can make your government abide by them. Do you know what powers the Constitution gives to the federal government ?

The question you should be asking is this:  Does the Constitution give the federal government the power to do ANY of the things they are trying to do? What are the enumerated powers for each branch of government ?

Forge is creating the next generation of conservative leaders in the public square. Forge Leadership Network mentors, trains, and connects young conservatives, equipping them to lead in politics, culture, and business.

Forge Leadership Network recruits conservative students and young professionals, ages 18-25, wanting to lead in politics, culture, and business. Young adults often ask themselves, what comes next? Through our Leadership Summit and Mentorship Academy, Forge equips students to think about their vocation critically, examine public policy and ethics from a Judeo-Christian worldview, gain practical skills for cultural engagement, and establish connections to launch their careers.

This year, for the first time, we have a dynamic experience on the Friday of the 2018 Forge Leadership Summit where Forge supporters and friends in the community can get a taste of what our students experience for a day!

Have you ever wanted to experience the essentials of the Forge Leadership Summit firsthand? Would you like a taste of what the students experience, hearing from some of our best speakers, taking part in the legislative experience in the Ohio Statehouse, and more?
