Organizers of the Flying Pig Marathon and the Queen Bee Half Marathon are expecting more than 12,000 registrants to complete their virtual races over the weekend. This is on top of the 6,000 participants who completed races this past spring. While it was a tough decision to go all virtual, it was the right decision based on the ensuring the health and safety of all participants.
To celebrate their accomplishments, a virtual expo with programming will be held on October 9 (12-7 p.m.) and October 10 (10 a.m.-6 p.m.). The P&G Health and Fitness Expo is free and open to the public.

Organizers are planning for 2021 with a hybrid approach, possibly offering an in-person race on the weekend of April 30, May 1-2 as well as a virtual option.
