If you need information on filing for a religious exemption or if you want to know the status of legislation in Ohio to address this issue, this meeting will be helpful to you.
Helpful information will be available – handouts and simple guidance on how to file a religious exemption at your place of employment.
Many individuals are not able to take the COVID-19 vaccine due to medical, religious, or personal reasons. A number of employers are now requiring the COVID-19 vaccine as terms of employment. Some hospitals and medical groups are requiring the vaccine. In addition, some individual businesses have also announced a vaccine mandate.Federal law provides protection from religious discrimination. A detailed interview with Attorney Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel is also available on the OCA website at ohioca.org. Liberty Counsel has provided helpful information and guidance for those seeking a religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccines.
