is the summer solstice, which is the day with the most light. We call this The Longest Day, and on the day with the most light is the day we fight the darkness of dementia through fundraising activities. Locally our friends at Raising Cane's will be donating 15% of their sales to the Alzheimer's Association on June 21st. Mention The Longest Day at the register at any Cincinnati or Dayton locations between 11am and 7pm to help join in this fight!

the Alzheimer's Association is having a Free Community & Business Partnership Breakfast to learn more about the Alzheimer’s Association and ways to get involved to help fight against the sixth leading cause of death and the most expensive disease in our nation. We will have a long-time Alzheimer’s Association advocate speak about his experience as a volunteer. This is not a fundraising event but attendees will also hear about the latest research and what the Association is doing to advocate for treatments as well as how to volunteer in programming, advocacy and awareness. This breakfast will be Wed. July 12th from 8-9am at the Cooper Creek Event Center in Blue Ash. If anyone would like to attend to learn about how they can get involved, they can call 513-721-4284 and ask to register for the Community & Business Partnership Breakfast.
