Americans For Prosperity Endorsements

Columbus, OH — Today, Americans for Prosperity-Ohio (AFP-OH) announced endorsements for three Ohio Senate candidates and one Ohio House of Representatives candidate. These endorsements come following 14 previously endorsed candidates for the Ohio House of Representatives primary election to be held on March 19, 2024.

AFP-OH Deputy State Director Tim Ross released the following statement:

“We are thrilled to endorse two incumbent candidates for Ohio Senate: Sens. George Lang (R-West Chester) and Sandra O’Brien (R-Lenox). Both Senator Lang and Senator O’Brien have been instrumental some of the biggest policy wins in recent history. At a time when inflation is at its highest and educational freedom is a critical issue, both Senators’ proven voting records on tax reform and school choice demonstrate their commitment to our Buckeye Blueprint policy agenda.

“Additionally, we are excited to announce two candidates who, if elected, will be excellent additions to the General Assembly. Kyle Koehler’s policy expertise serving in the statehouse from 2015-2022 and Kevin Ritter’s experience serving as County Commissioner prove they possess strong leadership skills and are prepared to fight for economic relief for the Buckeye state.

“AFP-OH has a track record of being a real difference-maker in competitive elections because of our permanent grassroots infrastructure. We look forward to working with our staff and activists across the state to make it clear to voters that each of our 18 endorsed candidates will make Ohio a better place to live, work, and raise a family.”
