I got lucky this week finding pork chops on sale, the thick ones perfect for grilling. Here’s a really good recipe for a great late summer supper.
HONEY GARLIC PORK CHOPS
Ingredients
Glaze
1/2 cup catsup
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
4-5 thick pork chops, 4 oz. each and about 1” thick each
Instructions
Preheat grill on medium heat and lightly oil grate.
Whisk glaze ingredients together. Sear chops on both sides. Now brush glaze on each side of the chops as they cook. It will take about 7-9 minutes per side. As far as temperature, they’re done when it reads 145 degrees.
