FIG & BRIE APPETIZERS
2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
8-oz. round of Brie, at room temperature (make sure it’s soft)
1 cup fig jam, warmed
Fresh minced rosemary
Preheat oven to 425.
Cut pastry into 2” rounds.
On 2 baking sheets, brush pastry rounds with a bit of olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
Bake until golden, about 10 minutes.
Slice off top rind of Brie and spoon some cheese on pastry rounds. Top with jam. Sprinkle with rosemary. Serve immediately.
