Rita dances the hula with these Hawaiian Sliders

Hawaiian ham sliders have been making the rounds of family and friends.

HAWAIIAN ROLL HAM SLIDERS

Ingredients

2 packs Hawaiian dinner rolls

1 pound deli ham, sliced thin

12 slices Swiss or favorite cheese

1 stick butter or margarine

1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional but good)

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons country or Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon onion powder

Several dashes pepper

Instructions

Slice top from rolls and place bottoms in on sprayed cookie sheet.

Layer ham and cheese on bottoms.

Put tops back on. Melt together butter, poppy seeds, mustard, Worcestershire, onion powder and pepper.

Brush over rolls. Refrigerate until butter is firm or overnight.

Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.

Uncover and cook for a couple more minutes.
