TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD WITH HAM
Ingredients
1 bottle Ranch dressing, regular or with chipotle
1 package cheese tortellini, about 8 oz., cooked and drained
8 oz. ham, diced into cubes
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced into cubes
Frozen peas, thawed, as many as you like
1-2 green onions (or wild green onions), thinly sliced
Palmful fresh parsley for garnish (opt)
Instructions
Easy peasy: Just add enough Ranch dressing to coat all the ingredients except for parsley. Start out with a cup of dressing and go from there. Garnish with parsley. Best chilled before serving.
