Going for a walk in the forest? Take Rita's trail mix

1 cup each: almonds and macadamia nuts

1/2 cup each raw pumpkin seeds and pecans, broken up

1 teaspoon salt

Several good shakes of paprika

1/4 teaspoon each garlic powder and pepper

2-4 tablespoons olive oil


Preheat oven to 325. Spray a baking sheet.

Put nuts and seeds in bowl, and add everything else, stirring to coat well.

Roast about 20 minutes, stirring several times, until nuts are golden and crunch. Cool and enjoy.
