LOADED SHEET PAN CHICKEN NACHOS Ingredients
1 bunch green onions (about 6-7), sliced thin
Cooked chicken, shredded - a cup or so
1 generous cup salsa or more to taste
6 oz. tortilla chips
12 oz. (about 2-1/2 cups) Mexican cheese or Cheddar, Monterrey Jack, etc., shredded
Sliced black olives - opt
Guacamole - opt
Cilantro or parsley, chopped - opt
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a small cookie sheet with foil (or a 9x13 pan) and spray.
Film bottom of skillet with oil, then add half of the green onions, chicken, taco seasoning to taste and salsa. Cook until everything is warmed through.
Arrange chips on cookie sheet, sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over and then and spoon chicken mix-ture over. Sprinkle with rest of cheese and tomato. Bake until cheese melts.
Garnish with rest of green onions, olives, cilantro and serve sour cream and guacamole on the side
