From Terry Robinson, one of the members in my recipe group. “So good you could drink it out of the bottle”, Terry said. I agree whole heartedly. Nice for that Memorial Day cookout. I’ve adapted it only slightly.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, mashed, about 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
Black pepper to taste
Just mix everything together and allow to blend in refrigerator overnight.
Marinated steak for 2 hours, or even longer for less tender cuts.
Grill as desired.
