BUTTER AND HERBED BAKED PORK TENDERLOIN
Up to 2 pounds pork tenderloin
4 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons Italian Herb Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350.
Line baking sheet with foil.
Mix garlic and herbs together.
Season pork with salt and pepper. Brown on all sides in a bit of oil.
Place on foil and coat all over with herb mix.
Put butter on top.
Wrap up and bake until pork registers 145. Let rest, tented, a few minutes, then slice against the grain.
